Chicken Wraps with Mango, Basil, and Mint

I decided to go grocery shopping today.  Before I went, I decided to I wanted to make a yummy lunch for myself and test my non-dessert-cooking abilities, since I don’t cook that much savory food.  I decided to go for Martha Stewart’s Chicken Wraps.  Just reading the recipe made my mouth water.  It was a fairly short and easy cooking process and makes enough for a few wraps (if I could eat this for lunch forever, I totally would).  This recipe is also nice and light for the hot summer weather- nothing seems fresher than fresh basil and mint picked straight from the garden.


So amazingly yummy!
